  • If you have registered your email on our login page please check your junk or clutter box for a GMA verification link to confirm your email
  • You may need to reset your password the first time you log-in. If you cannot log-in, please reset your password which may take up to 30 mins to become active
  • Try a different email browser to see if the issue persists
  • Some people use a number of email accounts. If you think, for other purchases or membership, you have registered with the GMA some time ago (months) check you are referencing the correct email account and password back
