The GMA have recently launched a new service which is designed to support managers and grounds staff alike in mapping out a training and education journey.

Our Turfcare Advisory Service is an easy-to-use need, offering a wide range of advice, from basic playing surface problems to the design of playing surfaces.

For the bursar or finance manager, head of sport and grounds manager, this is a full site audit featuring three steps: fact finding exercise, on-site visit and easy-to-follow report. 

Funded by the GMA and its partners, the Pitch Advisory Service aims to raise the standards of sports surfaces as well as the understanding of sports turf management practices among grassroots clubs.
