Why has the GMA increased its membership fees?

We’re proud to have kept the membership subscription fees at the same level for over five years to support members throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Brexit, and the cost-of-living crisis. Having said that, due to years of increasing costs, these are becoming increasingly difficult for the GMA to absorb and therefore a fee increase was a difficult but necessary decision to make.

This fee increase will allow the GMA to continue to invest in enhancing member benefits and association activities, with exciting plans for additional member engagement, a brand-new website and digital experience, future online networking plans, and a robust CPD programme. Watch this space!

What is the eligibility for the free student membership?
