GMA NextGen are Recruiting!
GMA NextGen are thrilled to be recruiting for three new members to join their team.
The GMA's NextGen is a group of talented young professionals who represent the grounds management industry, whilst acting as ambassadors for the Grounds Management Association (GMA), with the aim of encouraging more young people into grounds management.
Why Join GMA NextGen?
This is an excellent chance for young talent to work alongside industry leaders whilst developing their skills and playing an active role in promoting the next generation of talent in grounds management.

· Passionate about grounds management and the wider sports turf industry
· Driven to innovate and help shape the future of the profession
· Keen to network and collaborate with professionals from across the sector
· Looking to make an impact through education, outreach, and advocacy
GMA NextGen members, through the GMA, have access to exclusive industry events, mentorship opportunities, and a platform to influence the direction of the sports turf profession. They will also play a key role in the group’s ongoing efforts to promote diversity and inclusion in the industry.

· Ryan Golding (Head Groundsman, Leeds Rhinos)
· Iestyn John (Peter Villiars Sports Ground Maintenance Limited and GMA Regional Pitch Advisor)
· Nick Phillips (Training Centre Manager, Tottenham Hotspur)
