My whole life the Industry has played a big part and after University I knew I didn’t want a standard 9 to 5 office job. I wanted to have a challenging but rewarding career.
After doing my dissertation on understanding semiotics and my studio work exploring how communication works without words, I realised that a lot of open spaces in schools, public areas & playing fields are being underutilized or neglected and decided to found a company to help change this.

I operate my own sports pitches and courts maintenance company which ranges from accounts, working on site, generating new leads, designs for clients, invoicing, machine maintenance & general office admin.
Without a doubt managing jobs around the British weather.
Coming up with innovative solutions to help clients get the results they need, also receiving positive feedback and reviews.
Getting my degree from Central Saint Martins in Graphic Design and Communication.
Continuing to grow my company and expand with new business ideas.
The person I admire in the industry is my father Neil Cain. He has worked his way up from being an apprentice with a shovel to an operations director within the industry. He has taught me that hard work and ambition does pay off.
Inspiring the younger generation with different skill sets and backgrounds that groundsmanship is a flourishing career path with lots of progression.
In my spare time I like photography, design, wood & metal work.
