Since joining the industry at 18 as an Office Manager for a leading tennis court construction company, Louise quickly moved through the ranks to become Managing Director at only 22, at Premier Sports Surfaces. With a passion for the importance of sport for communities, Louise leads her business with a motivation of contributing to the creation of safe spaces where children can engage in sports.
At a young age, and already with years of experience in setting Premier Pitches’ business objectives, articulating its vision, and refining its range of products and services, Louise wants to cultivate a more diverse workforce to address the shortage of fresh talent entering the industry. She hopes that her role on NextGen will see the group collaborate with influential UK career advisors at events and on initiatives, enabling the group to actively advocate for the grounds industry and reach even more young people.
